These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ace444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ace444 online gaming platform available at ace444.lat. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. ace444 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying ace444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

ace444 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from ace444.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., not arising from a breach or fraud), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of standard withdrawal verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
